My services are centred around sharing information and increasing individual capacity through skill building, advocacy for personalised health & the holistic lens, creating a safe and supported space for reflection and exploration, scaffolding self-inquiry, self -awareness and self-empowerment and facilitating values based change. Her therapeutic practice is integrative and highly individualised. She is based in Brisbane but travels regularly and works with individuals, couples and families, Australia-wide.
