  • Fortitude Valley - Brisbane City.

I have limited availability each month for in person sessions - if you are seeking a face to face session and find that my calendar availability does not meet your needs, please reach out as I do have flexibility in my calendar and am sometimes able to make adjustments to accomodate special requests.

    Online - Australia-wide.

Telehealth appointments are available via Zoom and offer a wonderful opportunity for you to connect from the comfort of your own home, workplace, or perhaps even from under a tree. Connecting online allows sessions to take place wherever you or I are in the world. More than 70% of my client work is now completed through Telehealth via Zoom. Some clients access both in person and online appointments, depending on changing circumstances. It is important to prepare yourself for an online session by considering privacy, comfort, sound, lighting and connection reliability. Whilst I relish the opportunity to sit in person with my clients. I appreciate the flexibility and accessibility that is afforded through online work and am lucky enough to be able to continue offering sessions in both formats. Working face to face in beautiful therapeutic spaces whilst also being able to travel regularly and still engage in work that I love, provides a wonderful balance that I am very grateful to have, and one that I believe makes me a much better health practitioner. This format also allows me to connect with people from all over the country, including those who live in rural and remote areas, where in person support can be difficult to access.

  • This varies from person to person. Some people find they receive benefit from just one or two sessions, whilst others connect regularly long term. I have clients who I have know for years but sometimes don’t see for months at a time. There is no one right way to access support. We work to your preferences, capacity and resources.

  • Absolutely. I take your privacy very seriously. All session information is collected and stored within secure, health care compliant software. Details on my record keeping are provided on booking your first session.

I will only ever share information about you and our work together, at your request and with your written consent, or if I am concerned that your safety or the safety of someone else is at risk, based on information you share.

  • Currently - nurses and counsellors are unable to offer medicare rebated services. We hope this will change soon.

Some services may be claimed through some private health insurers. Please check with your provider. An invoice will be provided.

  • I work with children within the family unit, in collaboration with other supports. I see adolescents over the age of 16. Please get in touch to discuss your child’s needs further.

  • It is common for one partner to feel more inclined towards seeking support than the other. I am happy to discuss this with you both through a discovery call. You might also like to consider an individual appointment for yourself first, to explore further.

  • I don’t currently work with clients who are funding their support through an NDIS package.
